The commissioner must provide all required references and descriptions when submitting a request form.The commissioner and I should first settle on an accurate explanation and interpretation of the expected finished piece before starting the commission.The artist has the right to cancel or deny any commission, for any reason.

Payments must be made in USD.Do not send any payments unless the artist explicitly accepts your commission and requests payment.50% payment before sketch, 50% after sketch approval

1. SetupYou will be notified when I am ready to start your piece. This is a good time to make changes or clarifications if needed.2. Sketching
You will be sent a sketch of your commission. This is where you may request any substantial changes or provide suggestions about the piece; no major changes may be made afterwards.3. Coloring
The piece will be colored at this step. I will make corrections to the coloring if needed.4. Painting
This is the final stage of the piece, only minor corrections will be completed at this point.5. Final & Posting
The final, completed commission will be sent to you on your messaging platform of choice. Your art WILL BE UPLOADED to my social media accounts and Patreon, although you may remain anonymous and untagged if you'd prefer!

The commissioner is allowed to make any major changes to the commission prior to the coloring phase.Any changes or corrections after the sketch must be minor edits; major alterations to the commission are not allowed after this phase.NO changes will be made after completion!

For every commissioned artwork, the artist (myself):Retains the right to own the copyright of the completed artwork unless the commissioner requests commercial use of the artwork (additional fees will be applied).Can promote services and products with the finished artwork anywhere.For every commissioned artwork, the commissioner (you):Can use the commissioned artwork for personal use (uploading to social media, forums, etc.) unless agreed otherwise.May print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.May use the artwork to promote themselves.May use the artwork in online monetized videos, so long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.

I. Refund PolicyFull refunds will be issued if I have not started the commission.If the sketch has been completed and a refund is requested, you will receive 50% of the paid amount.No refund will be issued after the coloring phase.II. Cancellation PolicyI reserve the right to cancel any art commission and refund the appropriate amount.The commissioner may cancel at any point but is not entitled to the full amount if the criteria in the above "Refund Policy" section have not been met.
